The Director, Corporate Communications leads the development and execution of integrated internal and external communications programs that support L&W’s business priorities, corporate reputation, culture, and stakeholder engagement. Working under the direction of the SVP, Global Marketing & Communications, this role partners with senior leaders and communications stakeholders across the company to deliver clear, consistent, and compelling messaging for key audiences.  

Reporting to the SVP, Global Marketing & Communications, the Director, Corporate Communications works closely with the executive team, business unit communications leads, Finance and Investor Relations, People teams, and other cross-functional partners. The role provides communications counsel, translates business priorities into effective messaging, and supports a consistent and compelling corporate narrative across internal and external audiences.  The Director is responsible for day-to-day leadership and execution of corporate communications programs, while the SVP, Global Marketing & Communications provides overall strategic direction, prioritization, and executive alignment.

* ** Support and build a high-performance, winning corporate culture through communications strategies and executions that support L&W’s Purpose, People, and Products.
* Lead a small, distributed team across time zones, providing coaching and development, allocating capacity across a broad remit, and building the team’s AI capability.  
** Strategic Communications
*** Partner with the SVP and senior leaders to develop and execute integrated global corporate communications strategies, including key performance metrics and well-coordinated programs that reinforce the company’s business objectives.
* Partner with Marketing and relevant business stakeholders to develop and execute social media communications as a key corporate communications pillar, ensuring alignment of messaging, timing, tone, and channel strategy.
* Identify and utilize the best mix of communications channels, taking a proactive versus reactive approach to messaging.
* Ensure strong messaging control by speaking with one consistent voice while maintaining a distinct brand voice.
* Build media relations, outreach, and targeting strategies.  
** Hands-On Execution
*** Support and execute the L&W messaging strategy around its position as a leading cross-platform global games company.
* Manage the master communications calendar to coordinate multiple media opportunities and projects, ensure consistency, and report progress to key stakeholders.
* Write, edit, and distribute clear, concise, and engaging communications across internal and external audiences and formats, including email and video.
* Embrace AI and emerging tools to improve the output and quality of a small team, including content drafting and adaptation, media and social monitoring, sentiment and share-of-voice analysis, competitive benchmarking, and workflow automation.
