* Job Description:

** As Associate Brand Manager for TUMS, you’ll help shape what’s next for one of Haleon’s most iconic brands- driving growth through social and culture.  This role is built for someone who is excited by how TUMS can show up in culture in new and relevant ways and looks forward to deepening brand meaning and resonance through social communications with consumers.

You will work closely with internal and agency partners like Earned & Social, Influencer, and Paid Media to bring the social strategy to life across the ESOP model, executing with excellence across multiple channels and touchpoints.  
** Key Responsibilities
*** Build and scale social growth platforms rooted in culture and modern consumer behavior
* Lead social strategy and execution end-to-end, driving relevance, talkability, and momentum
* Partner with agencies and creators to create bold, platform-native work that actually cuts through
* Test, learn, and scale- using data to sharpen ideas and accelerate performance
* Influence cross-functional partners with strong POVs, clear storytelling, and a bias for action

* Basic Qualifications:

*** 2+ years of brand marketing experience (experience in social or digital preferred)
* Experience launching or scaling new ideas or platforms
* Strong cross-functional leadership skills
* Financial, analytical, and business acumen with a growth mindset

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Prior brand management experience in U.S. consumer packaged goods brands, advertising/media planning
* MBA degree in Marketing or related field  
** This role is located at our Warren, NJ location which maintains a hybrid schedule of 3-days in-office.
** The salary range for this role is estimated at $115,.
