Marketing Management, Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Client Relationship Management
Own client relationships and growth strategy for a portfolio of consumer brands, bringing deep Meta expertise and a commercially grounded point of view across paid media, creative, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows.
About Rubix AgencyRubix is a performance marketing agency built for the next chapter of consumer growth. We partner with ambitious consumer brands to drive profitable, measurable growth through paid media, performance creative, lifecycle marketing, SEO/AEO and analytics.
Our clients include brands such as Fresh Direct, Fishwife, Pet Meds, Mountain House, and Kosterina.
What makes Rubix different is our belief that great marketing starts with understanding the economics of a business—not just platform metrics. We help clients make better decisions by connecting marketing performance to customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), contribution margin, incrementality, and long-term growth.
We're also building an AI-first operating model. We believe AI should make great marketers more strategic, more consistent, and more efficient—not replace judgment, creativity, or strong client relationships.
Our team actively incorporates AI into research, reporting, analysis, creative workflows, quality assurance, and internal operations to deliver better outcomes for clients.
Rubix is a remote-first company headquartered in New York and is growing rapidly while maintaining a high bar for talent, ownership, and client partnership. We hire people who enjoy solving difficult business problems, thinking strategically, and building systems that scale.
The Opportunity:
Rubix is entering its next chapter.
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own client relationships and growth strategy across a portfolio of consumer brands. This person will sit at the intersection of business strategy, paid media, creative, and analytics - leading the client conversation while bringing deep expertise in Meta.
This is not a traditional media buying role. The Growth Marketing Manager will understand the economics of the business, develop a point of view on what is driving performance, and turn that thinking into clear recommendations for clients and the Rubix team. The right person will be equally comfortable inside an ad account, reviewing a creative roadmap, and explaining what the numbers mean to a founder or marketing leader.
WhatYou'll Lead:
Own the day-to-day relationship for a portfolio of Rubix clients. Lead performance meetings, account plans, reporting, and strategic recommendations. Build trust through direct communication, good judgment, and a willingness to say what the business needs - even when the answer is not simply to spend more.
Meta strategy and performanceSet the strategy and performance bar for Meta. Evaluate account structure, budgets, audiences, offers, testing, and creative performance. Know when to work inside the platform and when to step back and diagnose a broader problem across the customer journey.
Business economics and measurementGround decisions in the actual financials of the business: CAC, new customer CAC, contribution margin, LTV, payback, cohorts, incrementality, and blended performance. Help clients see past platform-reported results and understand what is truly driving profitable growth.
Creative strategy and iterationPartner with the creative team to turn performance signals into useful briefs, testing roadmaps, and clear feedback. Understand how hooks, offers, formats, landing pages, and merchandising work together - and help the team focus on the creative opportunities most likely to change the outcome.
Meta will be your deepest channel, but the client needs an integrated point of view. Work across paid search, lifecycle, analytics, SEO/AEO, and affiliate / PR to understand the full growth picture. Collaborate with channel experts and make sure the work adds up to one coherent client strategy.
AI as operating leverageRubix is actively exploring how AI can make the agency sharper, faster, and more consistent. Use AI-enabled workflows across research, reporting, analysis, creative iteration, documentation, and client communication. This requires curiosity, pragmatism, and the judgment to know what should - and should not - be automated.
Who You Are:You have performance marketing experience and have helped grow consumer brands, ideally in an agency environment. You've owned client relationships, managed meaningful paid media budgets, and know how to connect channel performance to the…
