Marketing & Content Manager

Ranch Brand Meat Co. is hiring a full-time Marketing & Content Manager to own the whole marketing loop for a pasture-to-counter beef brand with four retail stores in the Chippewa Valley, a wholesale program, and an online store that ships beef nationwide.

• short-form video and organic content across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and You Tube;
• paid media on Meta and Google;
• email and SMS end to end;
• the online storefront presentation, Google Business profiles, and reviews;
• and the marketing playbook. You'll shoot, edit, write, and publish on a weekly cadence, manage the ad spend, and report the numbers monthly.

someone who has run marketing for a real brand with a real budget, can pick up a camera and come back with something usable, has spent money on Meta ads and learned from it, and thinks in loops, not posts. Shopify, food, agriculture, or retail experience is a plus. In person or hybrid; the content is shot in our stores, our plant, and our pasture, so this is not a remote role.

Full-time, salaried. Based in the Chippewa Valley with regular time at all four stores and the plant in Almena, WI. Reports to the Co-Founder.
