Marketing Events Specialist North America

Put our US presence on the map – turning high-tech radar solutions into sharp, local engagement.

As our Marketing Events Specialist - US, you lead the execution of our American events calendar while shaping our regional brand presence. You work side-by-side with local Sales colleagues and our Netherlands-based global Marketing team – adapting messaging, driving field campaigns, and making sure our brand lands with impact. You report to the Marketing Projects and Events Manager in the Netherlands, serving as the essential bridge between teams across the Atlantic.

• Events and field marketing
  :
  Plan and execute US events from ideation to follow-up, including trade shows, conferences, and partner activities. Manage local agencies, booth logistics, and merchandise.

• Sales enablement and collateral
  :
  Support the US Sales team with tailored presentations and marketing materials. Align local priorities with global strategy to deliver relevant content.

• Brand messaging and adaptation
  :
  Elevate our brand voice for American audiences while acting as local brand guardian. Ensure visual identity and messaging stay consistent across all channels.

• Cross-border collaboration
  :
  Connect our US operations with the Netherlands office to share local insights. Keep communication flowing seamlessly across time zones.

• Partner and vendor management
  :
  Coordinate local creative agencies, event suppliers, and industry associations. Keep projects running on schedule and within budget.

• Hands-on marketing support
  :
  Pitch in on broader marketing initiatives wherever local presence adds value. Adapt quickly to the needs of a fast-growing scale-up environment.

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within defense, aerospace, or technology

• Proven track record in executing trade shows, field marketing, and sales enablement

• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills in English

• Keens eye for brand consistency and visual detail

• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with Sales and international teams

• Hands-on, adaptable approach suited for a high-growth environment

• Familiarity with tools like Hub Spot, Adobe Creative Suite, or Word Press is a plus

• Willingness to travel up to 50% for events and customer engagements
