Influencer Marketing Manager; German Speaking

This is an operator role on the creator side of growth. You own the influencer program end to end for German-speaking markets: finding the creators, negotiating the partnerships, running the campaigns, and reporting what they actually returned.

You are the point of contact for influencers and talent managers, and the person internally who can say whether the program is working. Native German required. Fully remote.

• Identify, recruit and onboard creators across the platforms that matter for the market
• Run campaigns from brief through content approval to reporting
• Monitor influencer and campaign metrics, and act on what they show
• Analyze performance data and turn it into decisions that improve ROI
• Prepare campaign reports and present the learnings to internal teams and partners
• Coordinate briefs, assets, approvals and promotional material across the program
• Build long-term relationships with creators and talent managers, not one-off buys

• Native or fluent German - mandatory. Professional English alongside it
• Experience running influencer campaigns and creator partnerships end to end
• Strong grasp of social platforms, creator strategy and campaign management tooling
• Analytical: comfortable in Excel or Sheets measuring and optimizing performance
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, in both languages
• Highly organized and proactive, able to run several campaigns at once, fully remote
