We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for building and executing marketing plans that create qualified demand, strengthen brand awareness within Hispanic communities, and support the organization's growth objectives.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual marketing professional who understands Hispanic audiences, has experience executing integrated marketing campaigns, and can effectively coordinate media, content, partnerships, and community engagement efforts. This role requires strong project management skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across multiple marketing functions and external stakeholders.

• Develop and manage campaign and promotional calendars.
• Coordinate focused media campaigns, content initiatives, community events, sponsor ships, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with endorsers to maximize campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
• Partner with internal marketing teams to ensure alignment of initiatives across digital, social, creative, media, and community outreach channels.
• Establish and maintain audience insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
• Track lead generation, campaign performance, and key marketing metrics, providing recommendations for optimization and growth.
• Develop promotional materials, campaign messaging, and activation strategies tailored to Hispanic audiences.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and communications to ensure successful execution.
• Support community outreach efforts and represent the organization at relevant Hispanic community events and partnerships.
• Maintain campaign documentation, reporting, calendars, and marketing records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing, advertising, media, promotions, public relations, or a related field.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing media partnerships, sponsor ships, community outreach programs, and events.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and lead generation metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, media consumption, and community engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign measurement.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing-related platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.

• Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.
• Stationary Position – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.
• Move or Traverse – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery such as a copy machine/printer. May occasionally ascend/descend the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area.
