Celebrate the Children is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly organized Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and is excited about using creativity and digital communication to help grow and promote our organization.
The Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, maintaining and updating our website, supporting marketing and communications initiatives, and helping bring the Celebrate the Children brand to life across digital and print platforms.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes direction well, is comfortable receiving feedback, can pivot quickly when priorities change, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team and our mission.
Graphic Design & Creative Content
- Design graphics and visual materials for print and digital use, including flyers, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, event materials, presentations, signage, and promotional materials, email marketing.
- Maintain consistency of the Celebrate the Children brand across all platforms and materials.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, fundraising initiatives, programs, and community outreach.
- Create engaging social media graphics and other digital content.
- Assist with photography and videography at events and school/community activities as needed.
- Help develop creative materials that showcase CTC students, staff, programs, accomplishments, and community impact.
- Maintain and regularly update the Celebrate the Children website.
- Add and update program information, events, news, announcements, photos, forms, and other website content.
- Ensure website content is current, accurate, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
- Assist with website improvements, new pages, landing pages, and special campaigns.
- Monitor website content and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Develop and maintain a content and marketing catalog.
- Collaborate with administration and staff to develop marketing and promotional materials.
- Support social media planning and content creation.
- Assist with email marketing, digital campaigns, newsletters, and other communications.
- Help promote school events, community events, fundraising campaigns, conferences, programs, and special initiatives.
- Work with outside vendors, printers, photographers, sponsors, and community partners when needed.
- Help identify new and creative ways to increase awareness of Celebrate the Children and its programs.
- Assist with the design, promotion, and execution of CTC events and special projects.
- Be available to attend occasional evening and weekend events for photography, social media coverage, graphic support, and other marketing needs.
- Assist with event signage, programs, displays, promotional materials, and other on-site needs.
- Be willing to step outside of the traditional responsibilities of the position when necessary to help a project or event succeed.
