We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Motorcycle Marketing & Outreach Specialist to help us expand our outreach within the motorcycle community.

* Job Summary:

** The Motorcycle Marketing & Outreach Specialist – Motorcycle Division will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Director in developing and executing marketing strategies targeted toward motorcycle riders, clubs, shops, and events. The ideal candidate is a motorcycle enthusiast who understands the culture and can effectively communicate with the riding community. This individual should have at least three years of experience in motorcycle accident marketing or auto accident marketing and be highly personable and approachable.

This position will report directly to the Herrman & Herrman Director of Marketing and will participate in weekly strategic meetings to plan upcoming events, promotions, and marketing efforts. Additionally, the Motorcycle Marketing & Outreach Specialist will be responsible for signing up clients. The candidate should be located in the San Antonio area and must be willing to travel to motorcycle events across the state of Texas.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns tailored to motorcycle riders and the broader biking community.
* Build and maintain relationships with motorcycle clubs, shops, dealerships, and event organizers.
* Represent Herrman & Herrman at motorcycle events, rallies, and networking opportunities.
* Coordinate sponsor ships, partnerships, and community outreach efforts within the motorcycle industry.
* Create engaging content and marketing materials that resonate with motorcycle enthusiasts.
* Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize impact.
* Stay updated on trends in motorcycle culture, laws, and accident prevention to enhance brand credibility.

* Qualifications:

*** Minimum of 3 years of experience in motorcycle accident marketing or auto accident marketing.
* Strong knowledge of motorcycles, motorcycle clubs, shops, and events.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be personable and approachable.
* Ability to work independently and build relationships within the motorcycle community.
* Experience in event planning, sponsorship coordination, and grassroots marketing.
* Passion for motorcycle safety and advocacy is a plus.
* Must be located in the San Antonio area and able to travel across Texas for motorcycle events.
