* Set up and maintain listings, social pages, and other marketing platforms
* Upload and organize photography, video, 3D tours, and other digital assets
* Develop property-specific marketing materials and campaigns
* Help find creative ways to showcase amenities, resident experiences, and the communities we manage
* Work with property teams to uncover stories, experiences, and opportunities worth sharing
* Ensure properties are presented accurately and attractively across every marketing channel
* Create brochures, graphics, signage, presentations, digital advertisements, and other marketing assets
* Write and edit compelling marketing copy
* Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
* Collaborate with team members to develop new creative concepts
* Continuously improve marketing materials based on performance, feedback, and changing trends
* Take pride in the details - from the quality of an image to the spacing on a flyer to the way an entire campaign comes together
* Experience in marketing, social media, branding, communications, content creation, or a related field
* Strong written communication and editing skills
* Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
* Experience creating social media content and short-form video
* Familiarity with social media platforms, digital advertising, and marketing analytics
* Comfort learning and working across multiple technology platforms
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Experience with Google Workspace, Wix, App Folio, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
