Brand Partnerships & Events Coordinator — NYCAsk Petal is the intelligence layer for female physiology — built by women, for women. Delivering personalized daily health guidance to women via iMessage. We sit at the intersection of AI, women's health, and performance, and we are building the brand infrastructure to match.
Our monthly IRL activations in New York — Petal Parties, wellness dinners, studio takeovers, and athlete events — are a core part of how we grow our community. We are looking for a sharp, self-directed coordinator based in NYC to own the partnership and logistics engine that makes these moments happen across the five boroughs.
The RoleThis is a part-time contract or internship position based in NYC, averaging 5–10 hours per week, with work concentrated around monthly events. It is an excellent fit for an early-career candidate or graduate student seeking hands-on experience in brand partnerships, experiential marketing, and community-building at a high-growth startup — with direct access to founding team leadership.
What You Will Do- Identify, pitch, and manage relationships with NYC-based brand partners — wellness, fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, and consumer health

- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously without dropping details
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can represent Ask Petal professionally in external partner conversations
- Based in NYC with the ability to attend events in person across Manhattan and Brooklyn
- Self-directed and comfortable operating with minimal oversight in a fast-moving startup environment
- You have a sharp creative instinct and a natural awareness of where culture, brands, and consumer behavior are heading
- Existing relationships with NYC wellness, fitness, or consumer lifestyle brands and venues
- Experience producing events in NYC
- Background in experiential marketing or consumer brand activations
- Personal engagement with women's health, fitness, or performance communities
