Sales Marketing​/Admissions Hospital Liaison

St Marys Villa, a beautiful skilled assisted living + nursing and rehab facility located in South Jesey, is looking to hire a dynamic marketer Admissions / hospital liaison to join our strong admissions team. This is an external marketing position which requires sales experience, exceptional organizational skills, and an outgoing personality.

Sales Marketing / Admissions Hospital Liaison Salary:
Comeptitive based on experience. Must have 1+ year Healthcare Marketing experience

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, physicians, healthcare professionals, Assisted Living Facilities and community organizations
• Identify and establish new relationships with community partners and referral sources
• Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals. Follow up on all accepted referrals to convert to an admission.
• Organize and execute marketing presentations and outings within various communities and hospitals.
• Develop and implement outreach programs and initiatives to engage with the community and raise awareness of our services
• Attend healthcare events, conferences, networking events and community gatherings to represent our organization and expand our network.

• Experience in Healthcare Marketing
• Strong communication skills, tech savvy
• Efficient, organized, able to multitask
• Willingness to attend evening and weekend events several times a year, as needed
