Position:
Lead Pastor
Altona Missionary Baptist Church in Calvert City, Kentucky is seeking a Spirit-led and mission-minded Lead Pastor. We are a Southern Baptist church committed to preaching the gospel, making disciples, and serving our community. Our mission is to impact lives for Christ through the transformative power of the Holy Spirit and the truth of God’s Word.
Compensation and Benefits:- Salary range of $65K-$75K
- Health insurance stipend up to $1,800/month
- Retirement annuity contribution equal to 5% of salary
- Monthly reimbursement for cell service up to $100
- Mileage reimbursement at the IRS standard mileage rate
- 1-4 weeks of paid vacation annually, based on length of service
- A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a calling to pastoral ministry
- Strong preaching, teaching, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with church staff and leaders
- Minimum of five years of pastor experience preferred
