One Hope Community Church is ready to welcome a new Pastor to join our church. We are seeking an energetic leader with a passion to reach the unchurched with the Gospel, grow our community of believers, and make an impact in our community! One Hope Community Church is a body of believers who loves and welcomes all broken people. Our community is loving and giving, loves contemporary worship music and sermons that are life changing!

- Be a servant leader
- Exemplify the biblical leadership qualities of an overseer found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7, 2 Timothy 3:10, 2 Timothy 2:14, Titus 1:5-9 and 1 Peter 5:1-5.
- Minister to the congregation
- Prepare and deliver sermons
- Model and encourage praise and worship
- Represent the church in the community
- Develop worship services that speak to members and attendees of diverse ages and levels of spiritual maturity.
- Demonstrate a humble spirit and a down-to-earth, relatable personality.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and possess sound moral and ethical principles
- Possess the ability to engage and relate to people of all walks of life (including, but not limited to, members, non-members, believers and non-believers) to win souls for Christ.
- Fulfill the biblical qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
- Demonstrate adequate ministerial training and sound understanding of biblical doctrine and practice.
- Have preaching experience.
- Possess the ability to preach clear, engaging, God-honoring, Gospel-centered biblical expositions with relevant application to all age groups
- Have a proven track record of committed, compassionate, and effective pastoral oversight.
- Be competent in administrative, managerial, and technological skills.
