Associate Minister – Full‑Time (approx. 40 hours/week, compensation based on experience/qualifications)

• Committed follower of Christ.
• Outgoing and self‑motivated.
• Ability to recruit, manage, encourage, and lead volunteer teams.
• Positive, compatible member of ministry staff.
• Desire for spiritual growth and learning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized; familiar with leading and implementing systems.
• Ministry and/or management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Can sing and play keyboard or guitar.
• Will become a member of CCC if not already.
• Can pass a background check.

• Teach 6th–12th grades on Sunday evenings.
• Lead a team of volunteers in lesson planning, event planning, and promotion/communication of schedule of services and regular events.
• Outreach to students, pastoral visitation (periodic lunch at schools, attending games, hospital visitation).
• Lead MS and HS trips to CIY Mix and Move during summer months.
• Work alongside the Children’s Minister on VBS program.
• Plan worship in conjunction with the Lead Minister; lead weekly worship on Sunday mornings.
• Lead blended worship from guitar or keyboard.
• Maintain church website and social media accounts with volunteers.
• Preach when called upon.
• Assist with various tasks and duties around the church as needed.
• Handle weddings and funerals as requested.

Directly responsible to the Lead Minister; attend weekly staff meeting, monthly board meeting, and elders meetings as requested.

• Video editing (iMovie, Adobe Premiere).
• Pro Presenter.
• Proficiency with web‑based programs such as Soundcloud, You Tube, Wix, Canva, and social media platforms.

Other duties as assigned.
