Thomas More University seeks an Associate Director of Development to advance its Catholic liberal arts mission through strategic fundraising and donor engagement. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of major gift prospects, cultivate and steward donors, and help design and execute annual and multi-year development plans. You will collaborate closely with faculty, administrators, and advancement colleagues to create impactful giving opportunities, events, and campaigns that support scholarships, academic programs, and mission-focused initiatives.
This position requires strong relationship-building, proposal writing, and data-driven planning skills, along with a commitment to the University's faith-based, student-centered, and service-oriented culture in a collaborative, close-knit campus environment.
