Renewal House is seeking a full-time Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to execute stewardship initiatives, coordinate marketing efforts, coordinate volunteers, and manage the donor database. This position is an integral part of the Development team and should be able to handle a diverse workload with efficiency and flexibility. Job Responsibilities

The Stakeholder Engagement Specialist is responsible for the following:

  • Connecting with constituents and donors to meet revenue goals.
  • Serve as a storyteller by providing tours and attending community-based events.
  • Support leadership team in research, cultivation, and solicitation of individual and corporate donors.
  • Manage the donor database, Raiser's Edge.
  • Execute stewardship process including stewardship communications and donor engagement.
  • Process monetary and in-kind fundraising revenue and assist with financial reconciliations.
  • Coordinate various organizational marketing initiatives including content creation for: newsletters, the website, and social media accounts.
  • Serve as a member of the fundraising team, participating in regular meetings, the planning and activities, and assisting with other projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Skills and general knowledge normally associated with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with different audiences
  • Computer skills including office suite software and donor database software
  • Organized, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
