World Relief is seeking a CMA Program Case Specialist to administer Refugee Cash Assistance and Refugee Medical Assistance for eligible clients in the United States. You will work with the WRTX team to support refugees and other immigrants, ensuring timely and accurate services to help clients achieve self-sufficiency.
The role requires managing a caseload, staying current on eligibility policies, and regular client follow-up. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
