About the Job
The Grants Coordinator will support the Development team in identifying, securing, and managing funding from institutional donors. Reporting to the Senior Director of Institutional Partnerships and working closely with Development colleagues across the U.S. and East Africa, this role will contribute to both new business development and effective grants management. Key responsibilities include supporting institutional fundraising efforts, ensuring compliance and reporting across a diverse grants portfolio, and managing our institutional Salesforce database to drive efficiency and innovation in grants management systems.
Success in this role will be defined by strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain seamless grant management processes that enable the team to deliver on ambitious fundraising goals.
