Director of Campus & Youth Ministries

Holy Family Catholic Parish in New Albany, IN is seeking a full-time Director of Campus & Youth Ministries to foster discipleship in Christ and the Church among youth of the parish grades 6-12. Applicant should possess a love of Christ, an active participation in the Church, a knowledge of Catholic Faith and Tradition, and a passion to connect these three in our young people.

The applicant must have the ability to engage young people, organize volunteers, coordinate programs, communicate via social media, and lead others. This director will direct and coordinate sacramental preparation for Confirmation, retreat opportunities, service volunteer opportunities, mission trip opportunities, and youth conferences. Personal experience with small discipleship groups and youth ministry events is a plus.

Holy Family Catholic Parish in New Albany, IN of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis is a Catholic Faith Community dedicated to forming saints for Christ and the Church. We consist of approximately 650 families and operate a Catholic school ministry for approximately 440 children from 3 years old to 8th grade.

The next Director will be required to complete the Archdiocese of Indianapolis’ Safe Parish training, which includes a comprehensive background check.
