Qualifications:
Self-starting and motivated individual with the ability to manage and grow our annual Partners-in-Prevention campaign and corporate sponsorship programs. We are seeking an individual with demonstrated fundraising or sales success, strong relationship-building skills, comfort making direct funding asks, strong verbal/written skills, and a passion for our mission. We are looking for a strategic thinker with execution capability. CRM/database proficiency is a plus.
Must be able to meet deadlines and able to effectively work with staff, volunteers, and committees. Reliable transportation and adequate vehicle liability insurance is required.
This 20-hour/week position is primarily in-office settings; may require visits off-site to donors. Requires attendance at some community/networking meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead strategy and execution of the Partners in Prevention annual campaign
- Develop and implement donor segmentation and cultivation strategies
- Increase donor retention and average gift size
- Identify and cultivate major gift prospects
- Secure event sponsor ships and corporate partnerships
- Develop tiered sponsorship packages
- Build long-term corporate giving relationships
- Create structured major donor cultivation plans
- Coordinate donor meetings with board members
- Implement donor recognition and stewardship strategies
- Improve donor tracking and CRM systems
- Create development dashboards and monthly reporting
- Equip board members with tools and talking points for fundraising
- Support board-led donor outreach efforts
