The American Red Cross in Ohio is seeking a Disaster Workforce Engagement Specialist to guide and support teams of trained volunteers, delivering comfort and care during disasters. You will build a foundation of ongoing volunteer engagement, collaborate with volunteer services staff, and ensure communities are ready to respond to disasters, including deployments at least once a year.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree, minimum 3 years' related experience, and a valid driver's license;
