Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000, DOE

CRISTA Ministries (“CRISTA”) is a Christian church community that exists to exercise and express its Christian beliefs. The King’s Student Pastor shepherds students toward Jesus Christ by introducing students to the Gospel, nurturing spiritual maturity, and cultivating a Christ-centered discipleship culture across Junior High and High School. This role requires a discipling pastoral heart, strong relational presence, and a team-focused posture in partnership with teachers, counselors, staff, volunteers, families, and King’s leadership. The King’s Student Pastor supports the mission and discipleship framework of King’s Schools and participates in community leadership efforts that help students grow in faith, character, service, and biblical wisdom.
