The mission of the Gospel and our Restoration Church beliefs drive our behavior in our local community and beyond. These include having an Elder board, both seasoned and gracious, governing our local church. Likewise, other positions such as teachers, ministers, directors are selected for their commitment to Christ and have good Biblical grounding. Paid staff includes an office manager, financial secretary, children’s director, youth minister, and worship minister.

Our community is comprised of diverse cultures, demographics, and economic statuses, with a growing younger population.

The median age in Lilburn is 35, and 30% of the residents are under 18. Home ownership stands at 61%. Gwinnett County has a strong, highly-ranked public school system. We are part of metro Atlanta, with a mission field, literally, walking distance from our doorsteps. Our facilities include a six-acre campus with a modern sanctuary which seats 750, with additional chapel, gymnasium, a commercial kitchen, and many classrooms.

We use our facilities for kingdom work, which includes hosting a Burmese Christian Church, regional Christian Church gatherings and community / school events. Our specific location is visible to over 20,000 cars daily. Since we are debt-free, we have a strong budget dedicated to missions, vibrant outreach ministries, and an enhanced music ministry. We visit the home bound, have a prayer team and dedicated prayer services.

Our music ministry includes a full orchestra and choir that play / sing every Sunday, a hand bell choir, and modern video streaming. Our choir, orchestra and tech crew work with other churches to support their revival programs to spread the gospel in their communities. A typical worship service will include many music genres, including contemporary, gospel, classical, and hymns.

Our services are vibrant and centered around personal rededication, with celebration of communion, strong preaching and a call to prayer.

An invitation is always open for the grace of salvation and we keep our baptistry always ready. LCC is always building bridges to our community. Some of our outreach programs include support of local schools, a local high school football team, local community resource center, VBS, home life groups and conducting services for a local retirement home. We seek an Associate Minister who will work with our Interim Senior Minister with the expectation he will step into the Senior Minister role in the near future. This person should have a track record of church growth, to join with our church family in seeking the lost, growing people in spiritual commitment and teaching how we can be the hands and feet of Jesus.

We are located in a rapidly growing, multi-cultural community in metro Atlanta. We are a church of 150+, on a six-acre campus, with community outreach programs and a strong mission’s orientation. We have accepted the challenge of growing in a diverse community, with many different belief systems, cultural identities and challenges. We desire a minister who can accept this challenge, and apply his talents, skills and experience to accomplish our vision.
