Nashville Campus Ministry City Director

Decision Point | Full-Time | Nashville, TN

The Opportunity

Decision Point is seeking a Nashville City Director to lead ministry efforts throughout the Nashville area. This role focuses on evangelism, church partnerships, student coaching, volunteer engagement, and ministry growth.

You’ll build and lead a coalition of churches, pastors, and believers while equipping students to share the gospel and reach their schools.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, parents, educators, and community leaders.

Recruit and mobilize volunteer coaches and ministry partners.

Coach and disciple student leaders in evangelism and leadership.

Equip students to share the gospel through the 5 Gospel Challenges
.

Cast vision for reaching students and schools across Nashville.

Recruit and develop a local ministry team.

Lead initiatives that expand Decision Point’s ministry impact.

Foster a culture of collaboration, courage, and gospel-centered leadership.

Qualifications

Ministry leadership experience in a church or para-church setting.

Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Compensation & Support Raising

$50,000–$75,000 annually
, based on experience and qualifications.

Decision Point provides training, coaching, and ongoing support for staff fundraising. Staff are expected to invite churches, family, friends, and supporters to invest in the ministry.

Additional Details

Full-time,
45+ hours/week

Significant travel throughout the Nashville area.

Regular travel for ministry expansion and training.

Occasional travel for mission trips, conferences, and organizational gatherings.
