Job DescriptionReporting directly to the President and CEO, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for all aspects of philanthropy and Board engagement. This executive will lead:
- Major and leadership gifts
- Capital campaign strategy and execution
- Annual giving
- Planned giving
- Foundation and corporate partnerships
- Donor stewardship
- Board and volunteer engagement
This is an on-site position in Portland, Maine
QualificationsWe seek a collaborative, forward thinking leader with:
- At least ten years of progressively responsible philanthropy leadership experience
- A proven record of success in major gifts, capital campaigns, and nonprofit fund-raising
- Exceptional relationship building, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Experience working closely with governing boards and volunteer leaders
- Background in older adult living, healthcare, aging services, higher education, or other mission driven organizations
$150,000-$190,000
