Coalitions and Partnerships Manager

The Coalitions and Partnerships Manager is a grant-funded position responsible for building and stewarding regional relationships with healthcare systems, government agencies, Cooperative Extension programs, and community-based organizations in support of the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) grant. This position works closely with local YMCAs to build, expand, and strengthen collaborative relationships with trusted partners, and serves as a key liaison to the grant's steering committee and statewide coalition.

The Manager reports to the State Director of Rural Health.

• BA/BS in Public Health, Public Administration, Community Development, or a related field required; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in partnership development, coalition building, or community engagement, ideally within health or nonprofit sectors.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and consensus-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and public relations skills.
• Familiarity with rural Indiana health needs and the community landscape strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly and extensively across assigned region, including occasional evenings/weekends for programming.
• Completion of all position-specific and mandatory YMCA training within specified deadlines.
