Benefits Offered Health, Dental, RX, Vision, FSA, Vacation, Sick, Holidays, 403B Plan### Description The Administrative Program Supervisor oversees a team of employees within a multidisciplinary framework, provides administrative support to program leadership and staff, handles program screening and intake, and coordinates other duties related to housing stabilization and resource navigation for program participants.

ACCESS programs serve diverse populations, including seniors, people with disabilities, and individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals who may have histories involving homelessness, substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and trauma. This position provides advanced trauma-informed support to supervised staff and collaborates closely with program leadership to ensure high-quality, equitable services.###

Duties & Responsibilities Directly supervise employees to ensure high-quality screening and intake processes are followed, ensuring equitable participant experiences and access to services.  
• Approve all intakes and work with program leadership to ensure timely and appropriate assignment of cases for peer support services.  
• Ensure all program support processes are clearly defined, documented, and consistently followed.  
• Collaborate with program leadership on the development, implementation, and evaluation of program initiatives that support housing stabilization and resource access.  
• Implement and train staff on evidence-based service delivery and trauma-informed practices.  
• Participate in the interview and hiring process; plan, train, assign, and direct work for staff.  
• Work as a team with leadership and the Finance Compliance Manager to develop and monitor work plans for State and Federal programs.  
• Share responsibility with program leadership for team cohesion and positive workplace culture.  
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into data collection systems (e.g., Homeless Management Information System [HMIS]) and run reports to evaluate data quality and program effectiveness.  
• Oversee budgeting processes, track spending and program metrics, and support finance and compliance with preparing and analyzing reports.  
• Develop and maintain program compliance and review procedures to ensure proper file management and program delivery goals are met.  
• Work with team leadership to create and maintain referral pathways to other services (e.g., substance abuse treatment, specialty care, and community resources).  
• Identify staff training and development opportunities and coordinate professional development.  
• Work closely with operations and outreach teams to maintain logistical operations for shelter and outreach programs.  
• Assist with planning, staffing, and coordinating outreach events with community partners.  
• Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operations such as the Medford Severe Weather Shelter###
