• Charge Nurse experience required (must be willing to work charge)

  BLS, NIH Stroke Scale
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: 1:5–1:6
• EMR:
  Meditech experience preferred
• License:
  Kentucky (KY) RN license or Compact license required
• Important Disclosures:
• All facilities operate on a 36/48 schedule per two-week pay period
• Patient ratios may fluctuate based on census and call-ins
• Orientation is bi-weekly
• Start date listed is the required start date
• Traveler must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
• Assignment confirmation must be uploaded within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• Do NOT submit a candidate to more than one job at a time
