7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units.
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program:
  Appalachian Regional Healthcare (Direct).

Required Skills/

Experience:

General OR along with Endarterectomy with Stents and Patches, Some Aneurysm and Vessel Cleaning and stripping of the clots, making the vessels patent during the endarterectomy, Ortho, totals, ORIF, Arthroscopy, General Surgery, Laparoscopic Surgery, Endoscopy (GI), Few GYN Procedures, Relief for ENT Tech for usual ENT Procedures (tubes, tonsils and adenoids, thyroids, repair of Nasal Fracture)

PACU experience: RN will be required to help recover patients during call back situations.

No travel pairs.

ALL ARH Facilities are officially on a 36/48‑hour rotating schedule unless specifically stated otherwise in the job description. If you are not able or willing to work a 36/48 rotating schedule, please do not apply. Exceptions to the 36/48 schedule are:
Cath Lab, OR, and Allied Health roles.

1 shift per week; 1 weekend per month

7 days maximum time off
