RN – Emergency Room

Rockcastle Regional Hospital is currently seeking a full-time RN for our Emergency Department. Must be able to work night shift (every other weekend and holidays required). Our Emergency Department consists of 9 beds and an IV infusion area. This position will work in all patient care areas as assigned. Applicant should be willing to complete additional training as needed (TNCC, PALS, Haz Mat, etc.);

proficiency in all practical/general nursing procedures; and demonstrate ability to maintain good relations and effective communication with all customers (health care team members, medical staff, patients and families). Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing, current Kentucky Registered Nurse License; or active compact state-issued license, Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS. One year of Emergency Department or ICU experience preferred.
