What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility

• Take and record vital signs, report any changes in residents’ conditions promptly

• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents

• Work collaboratively with other CNAs, nurses, and team members to provide consistent, reliable care

• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and coworkers to ensure residents receive the best possible care

Qualifications

• Current CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) certification in Kentucky

• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred, but not required

• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent resident care

• Positive attitude, reliability, and a true passion for working with seniors

• Ability to work as part of a team in a small, family-like setting
