    Treatment Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )

    Tri Cities Rehabilitation and Care Center, Cumberland, Kentucky

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer wound care treatments including dressing changes, debridement, and documentation
  • Monitor wound healing progression and communicate findings with the interdisciplinary team
  • Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and therapists to deliver coordinated care
  • Educate staff, patients, and families on wound care management and prevention
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical records in the electronic medical record system
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in all aspects of wound care delivery
  • Qualifications:
  • Current and unencumbered LPN license in the state of Kentucky
  • Previous experience in wound care or completion of wound care certification preferred
  • Strong clinical knowledge of wound healing, infection control, and pressure ulcer prevention
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Point Click Care  (PCC) or other EMR systems is a plus
  • CPR/BLS certification required
