Treatment Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )

Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plansAdminister wound care treatments including dressing changes, debridement, and documentationMonitor wound healing progression and communicate findings with the interdisciplinary teamCollaborate with providers, nursing staff, and therapists to deliver coordinated careEducate staff, patients, and families on wound care management and preventionMaintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical records in the electronic medical record systemAdhere to infection control and safety protocols in all aspects of wound care deliveryQualifications:Current and unencumbered LPN license in the state of KentuckyPrevious experience in wound care or completion of wound care certification preferredStrong clinical knowledge of wound healing, infection control, and pressure ulcer preventionExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with Point Click Care (PCC) or other EMR systems is a plusCPR/BLS certification requiredWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
