Location: Dawson Springs
Sevita - - Responsibilities:
Administer medications to participants as ordered by the physician per medication script; under the direction of the registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.;
Accurately safely prepare, administer, and document the oral and/or topical medications that are commonly used in the facility that are ordered for participant use.;
Verify that no medication is administered without a written, signed and dated order from an attending licensed physician.;
Review medication inventory, documentation and expirations.;
Provide medical transportation of residents to appointments.
