Restorative Nurse

CARE of Hart County Rehab & Wellness Center is a 104‑bed rehabilitation and long‑term care facility. We are looking for a Restorative Nurse to lead our restorative nursing program.

• Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize residents’ existing abilities, emphasize independence rather than dependence, and minimize the negative effects of disability with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of a restorative nurse.
• Assist as needed with potential admissions at the building.
• Work mandatory 8‑hour day shifts Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend rotations.

• Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
• One to three years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current and active CPR certification.
• Must recognize resident needs such as ROM exercises, ambulation limitations, etc.

Mandatorily 8‑hour day shift Monday‑Friday with some on‑call duties required.
