Hourly Pay Range

$40.45 - $62.70 per hour, depending on expertise and experience.

Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator

Glenbrook Hospital

6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., 5 days per week OR 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., 4 days per week (Mon – Fri)

• Accountability for perioperative nursing care within designated surgical specialties.
• Coordinate department throughput, efficiencies, resources, and staffing.
• Secure/Procure and maintain supplies, equipment, and instruments necessary to deliver optimal surgical care.
• Coordinate perioperative workflows, activities, and communicate with all key stakeholders in the perioperative areas.

• BSN degree or current enrollment in an accredited BSN program with completion within 24 months of hire.
• Illinois RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Experience in an operating room setting.
• Team building, leadership acumen, critical thinking, and effective communication.
• Demonstrated competency in caring for all patient age groups specific to specialty.
• Competency requirements are unit/specialty specific.
