Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN - WOW

Position: LPN – Full Time Weekend Warrior (12‑hour shifts)

Shift

Schedule:

Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays 6:00 am–6:00 pm. Must also be available for one additional weekday shift. Day and night shifts available.

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel under your supervision comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.

• Active LPN license in state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously manage multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
