We are looking for an experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead and support nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation facility. The role involves developing and implementing patient care programs, coordinating with administration and nursing staff, supervising nursing care during assigned shifts, providing staff evaluation and training, and, when necessary, delivering direct patient care and building therapeutic relationships.

• Assist in the development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services provided during assigned shifts or on a specific unit.
• Monitor and manage staff, including on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline.
• Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships with patients to address their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories.

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).
• Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, with responsibility for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and accountability for patient and staff results.
