Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab

Position Details:

PRN
Day Shift (7am - 7pm)
Shifts will be on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
Starting base pay for RN with 10+ years of experience is $42.34 per hour

Job Summary:

Evaluates, plans, and provides direct nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and related procedures
Monitors patients' status, interprets diagnostic data, administers medications, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
Maintains sterile technique, follows established protocols, policies and procedures and educates patients and families as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Cath Lab experience required
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Must have a Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing in the state of Kentucky
Current BCLS and ACLS upon hire
Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with patient, guest, physicians, and other employees
