Guardian Angel Staffing is interviewing for both Full Time and Part Time Employment opportunities for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for local Long Term Care Facilities in the Wilmore, Kentucky Area.

Candidates must have a strong work history with minimal gaps in their employment; these are floor positions in a long term care facility.

Part Time requires a minimum of two days per week.

Licensed Practical Nurse @ $45-$46/hr

SHIFTS:

3p-11p, 11p-7a & 7p-7a; block scheduling

• Active license on Kentucky Board of Nursing in good standing
• CPR Card
• TB Skin Test and/or Chest X-Ray
• Nursing Diploma
• Current Nurse CEUs
• Pass Fingerprint/AOC Background Check and Drug Screening
• At least 1 year of Long Term Care Facility experience;
  Point Click Care knowledge preferred.
• Covid-19 Policy and Procedures
• Provide work history starting with current employer and list correct dates of employment.
