Hourly PRN Position.

RN $36/hr baseLPN $28/hr basePRN employees are required to work a minimum of one (1) shift every 6 weeks.

The Job You Will Perform:

Uphold CCMH’s Core Values of:
Respect, Compassion, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence Provide skilled nursing care and administer medications and treatments

Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to healthcare team Collaborate with physicians, nurse aides, and interdisciplinary staff

Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records

Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans

Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

The Qualifications, Skills and/or Knowledge You Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing (required)
Current licensure in the state of Kentucky (required)
Certification in area of specialty (preferred)
One to two years clinical experience (preferred)
CPR certificationACLS certification
