Lee County Care & Rehabilitation Center is a 109‑bed skilled nursing facility located along the middle fork of the Kentucky River in the quaint town of Beattyville, Kentucky. The facility offers short‑term rehabilitation services, long‑term care, physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and ongoing restorative therapy to maintain residents’ mobility and independence. How You Will Make a Difference- Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality.
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations and as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.
- Possess an active RN license in the state of residence.
- Current/active CPR certification.
- Customer‑service oriented with ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.
