Overview

Signature HealthCARE is looking for a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to work the night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). The role involves providing direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Customer‑service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects while delivering high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

$7,000 sign‑on bonus. Salary up to USD $42.05 per hour, based on licensed experience and shift differential.
