Responsibilities- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments as required
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants (RN role)
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
- Support residents’ safety, dignity, and overall well‑being
- Active RN or LPN license
- Medication administration and IV certification
- Knowledge of state rules and regulations
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive, team‑focused mindset
