We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, providing advanced pediatric care across outpatient, inpatient, and specialized settings.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assess vital signs, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with teams and families.
- Administer medications, perform diagnostic evaluations, and manage acute and chronic conditions with precision.
- Assist with clinical procedures, utilize EMR systems, and participate in telehealth services and research initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in units such as PICU and NICU, and provide family education on health topics.
- Support discharge planning and maintain up-to-date knowledge of pediatric medical regulations and coding.
Proven pediatric clinical experience, EMR proficiency, and familiarity with acute care, behavioral health, and diagnostic procedures are required.
