Phlebotomy.
The 5 South Observation Unit supports the Emergency Department and telemetry units by observing low‑acuity patients for an extended period to determine if they need admission to a telemetry unit. It offers a fast‑paced, exciting work environment with excellent nurse-to-patient ratios for nurses with experience in telemetry, emergency department, ICU/CCU, intermediate care, ambulatory care, and related fields.
Job ResponsibilitiesProvide high‑quality nursing care in a team‑approach care model within the Observation Unit and coordinate patient care with the Emergency Department and telemetry units.
Qualifications- Active Kentucky RN license
- Active BCLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NIH certification preferred
