Mental Health Nurse, RN Nurse
Location: Saint Catharine
We are hiring a Registered Nurse for our growing team.
3rd shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am) with shift differentials offered!
As a Registered Nurse with ARC, you will work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment helping individuals overcome substance abuse addiction. You will be a vital member of the System of Care responsible for ensuring the safety and well‑being of clients during the rehabilitation process.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct nursing assessments and monitor clients
- Member of the Treatment Team.
- Handle medication management; train staff on medication dispensing.
- Ensure universal precautions of the center.
- Facilitate health education groups including general health education, medication/drug interactions.
- Observe and assess clients for clinical signs and symptoms and follow the prescribed course of treatment.
- Determine and implement specific protocol as designated by the doctor.
- Protect the privacy of all client information in accordance with Addiction Recovery Care, LLC/Odyssey, Inc.’s privacy policies, procedures, and practices, as required by federal and state law, and in accordance with the general principle of professionalism as a health care provider.
- Maintain a respectful relationship with clients.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times displaying a professional disposition toward fellow staff.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with staff and consumers alike.
- Bring policy/personnel issues to supervision as they arise.
- Interact with a multidisciplinary team to assist in facets of the recovery program relating to physical health.
- Communicate with the Case Manager and assist in ensuring the safety of the client.
- Adapt to schedule changes and assume responsibilities not delineated in the job description related to work as a member of an addiction treatment team.
- Interact with staff and clients in a professional manner.
- Coordinate and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Attention to detail and organization a must.
- Computer literate with experience in a Windows environment.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prioritize work and work‑related responsibilities.

Key Experience and Education Needed- Active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kentucky.
- Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
- Substance abuse experience preferred.
