Location: Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN Available

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team.

- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure a high standard of care focused on dignity, comfort, and well‑being
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Current LPN license in the state of Kentucky
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
- You prioritize resident‑centered care
- You thrive in a team‑oriented, supportive environment
- You are committed to making a meaningful impact every day
