We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team.

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes appropriately
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Uphold standards of safety, infection control, and quality care
- Current RN license in the state of Kentucky
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- A passion for delivering resident-centered care
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- You are a compassionate leader who supports and guides your team
- You value building meaningful relationships with residents and families
- You are committed to excellence in care and continuous improvement
