Location: Sacramento
ACC Senior Services is seeking an Experienced Resident Care Manager (Memory Care) for Maple Tree Village in Sacramento, CA. The role oversees memory care residents, coordinates staffing, and collaborates with the Executive Director and Wellness Nurse to ensure high-quality care.
The RCM is a licensed LVN or RN, working closely with families, physicians, and the AL RCM to maintain consistent processes across memories care and assisted living. Prior dementia care experience is required.
